Amy’s photographs have been published both nationally and internationally across every medium: print, web, handheld and broadcast … in Elle, Vanity Fair, People, NY Times Magazine, Entertainment Weekly, LA Times, Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, US Weekly, LA Magazine, Rolling Stone, InStyle, W, LA Confidential,  Angeleno, and on ABC, BET, CBS, KCET, NBC, MTV, VH1, Showtime and HBO.

Her company, Thrive Images, is a full service image provider, creating exclusive commercial image campaigns (both still images and video) for lifestyle, entertainment and female focused brands via advertising, editorial, catalog, and corporate campaigns.

Her lens is an active, lively lens.

Amy’s experience includes photographing celebrities + events, lifestyle + fashion clients; such as Cindy Crawford for Bentley Motors, Meryl Streep for AFI, Jack Nicholson, Dustin Hoffman for the Broad Stage, Ryan Seacrest for InStyle, MTV’s Movie Awards, Nicki Minaj, Frederique Constant, Patek Philliipe, Guess, Mara Hoffman’s Designs, You! By Crocs, BC Shoes, the World Pro of Surf championships, the Emmys, the Producer’s Guild Awards, the NAACP Image Awards, and the Screen Actors Guild Awards.

Amy started her work as a celebrity event photographer in 1999 when she joined Lee Salem Photography as a staff photographer.  She also worked with Berliner Photography, and Associated Press.  Her celebrity/photo events agent is WireImage/GettyImages: contact: Josh Norton.

Near and dear to Amy’s heart is a program she crafted for Step Up Women’s Network called “Photojournalism for Girls”/the “I Dream to…” Project which for five cycles taught over 400 underserved teen girls in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York the skills of photojournalism as a tool to meet with the very woman they dream to be.  Images were distributed in Self Magazine, NBC News covered a story on the program, and Getty Images hosted a gallery show for the girls at it’s Varick Street Studio.   She also works with other non-profits and NGOs to help craft their messages.
